Find out about your driver’s prior commercial driver’s licences (CDL). The CDLIS report enables employers to comply with FMCSA requirements (391.21-391.27) by searching the Commercial Driver’s License Information System for any prior licences held by the driver.
The Driver Screening’s CDLIS report supports the issuance of commercial driver driver licences (CDLs) by jurisdictions and assists jurisdictions in meeting the goals of the basic tenet “that each driver, nationwide, has only one driver licence and one record” through the cooperative exchange of commercial driver information between jurisdictions.
