How long does it take to setup a new account?

After your initial consultation to evaluate your business needs, you will need to create an account, Signing Up to be a client. 

After you have Signed Up, the account setup process can take anywhere from 24-96 business hours. If you have a need to get started immediately, please let us know so that can accommodate you.


How do I request a background check?

After your account is created, we will send you via email, all your required forms, such as the applicant consent form, fcra summary of rights etc.

In this email you will also receive your login credentials and a short video explaining how to navigate the applicant screening portal.

Can I reset my own password?

No you cannot due to security reasons. If you need to reset your password, please either call us, or open a support ticket to reset the password.

The new password is only emailed to the email on file for the UserId.
