DOT Drug Testing & Driver Updates

Required for new hires before they start logging hours under your DOT Authority.

Once DOT Drug Test comes back negative, you will need to add them to the Driver Pool at $25 per year. If you want to add to driver pool at the same time you order the drug test, then select option below.

DOT Random Testing & Clearinghouse Reporting

• Random, Return to Duty, Follow Up
• Nationwide Clinics in all 50 States

If a Random comes back Positive, the Driver will be reported to the Clearinghouse my the MRO. Then the driver must see a Substance Abuse Professional “SAP”, which will determine Return to Duty and Follow Up process for Driver to return to duty.

Once SAP offers a plan of action, all the follow up testing must be reported to the Clearinghouse. The process must be completed by either an Employer but can not be self reported by the Owner Operator. There is an annual fee for managing this process, and its $170 annually per Positive Drug Test. Vertical Identity must be your C/TPA for us to manage the program for you in the Clearinghouse.
